Once in that position bend both knees while having your feet flat on the floor. From there, simply exhale and lift both your head and shoulders off the floor then take one hand and place it behind your head for support. Take your fingers and press them on to your abdomen area. In other words you should be essentially in a position as if you were about to do crunches. Normally in this position if you place your fingers on your stomach you will feel that your midsection is firm. If however you feel a gap that is roughly the size of at least two fingers then you may have Diastasis Recti. Your internal organs can also protrude which can be very uncomfortable and sometimes unsightly. Four Sessions of Em Sculpting improves Diastasis Recti by 12% and with repeated courses can eliminate the problem altogether. A Tummy Tuck is the only other option to fix Diastasis Recti but obviously there are always risks with surgery and the downtime lasts months.

• For all packages all 4 EM Sculpting sessions must be carried out before your Cool Slimming Cryolipolysis 360 PREMIUM Sessions. 
• EM Sculpting sessions must be carried out over 2 weeks
• Between EM Sculpting and Cool Slimming Cryolipolysis 360 PREMIUM you must wait a minimum of 1 week
• Between each Cool Slimming Cryolipolysis 360 PREMIUM session you must wait a minimum of 4 weeks

All EM Sculpting & Cool Slimming Cryolipolysis 360 PREMIUM treatments are carried out by our salon manager and Aesthetics consultant Lee Sulph-owen.

All EM Sculpting & Cryolipolysis appointments over the phone require a £50 none refundable deposit at time of booking. Please be aware a 48 hour cancellation policy applies for all bookings. Failure to cancel in time you will lose your deposit and will have to pay a £50 deposit again to secure your next booking. Online booking deposits are 25% of the balance.
