IPL Photo Rejuvenation

IPL Photo Rejuvenation facials say goodbye to the damaging physical effects of sun damage, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, and more. With the innovative Intense Pulse Light (IPL™) photofacial/ fotofacial procedure, gentle skin rejuvenation is now easier than ever before. IPL™ photorejuvenation is the latest in modern dermatology, allowing patients to transform red, blotchy, acne prone and aging sagging skin into a radiant tighter complexion. If you suffer from any of these problems, photofacial/fotofacial treatments may be the dermatological approach you've been looking for.

A photofacial, or “fotofacial,” is a 45-minute procedure in which intense pulses of light are used to penetrate deep into the skin. IPL™ photorejuvenation then causes collagen and blood vessels below the epidermis to constrict, reducing redness and age lines. The procedure involves only minimal discomfort, while the redness and swelling that sometimes occur after treatment disappear shortly. Most benefits of a photofacial/fotofacial occur gradually in the weeks following treatment.

Thread veins, also known as spider veins, usually appear across the nose & cheek area & are often difficult to cover up on a
daily basis. It’s not 100% clear why we get these veins, but it’s thought that heat, exposure to the sun, alcohol & hormonal changes along with hereditary factors can trigger them. Our IPL vein removal treatments have helped hundreds of clients reduce the visibility of their red facial veins.

The IPL is flashed over the area to heat and damage blood vessel walls, shrinking the targeted veins and making them disappear. Once they’ve broken down, the body drains them away in the lymphatic system. The best results are delivered to clients with fair to lightly tanned skin, but is not recommended for darker skin types. All red veins to be treated must be above the heart. There is no downtime associated with this treatment your skin in the treated area may be red for the next 24 hours.
